ALLEN ACTUALLY REALLY LIKES THAT ONE CHICK NOW :|a ... well, okay, Excel is still his favorite person in Aather because she is his BRO and his FELLOW CONSPIRACY THEORIST and also TEAM! but probably Lenalee comes right after her, if he had to do a solid ranking, because she figures very prominently in his one deredere memory as the person who welcomes him home--and it's significant because in that memory, he's aware that it's the first time he's felt welcomed to a place he belonged in a really, really long time--if not maybe the first time in his life. (He vaguely remembers very very faint traces of Mana, but not enough to make a lasting impression.) So while his natural reaction is to be :EEEE TSUNNNNNN!! at everyone, even her, he makes a conscious effort to be nicer for her, and not ... be quite so much of a suspicious dick when it comes to things she says or does.

And Sharon really likes Konatsu. :'D She considers him very possibly her first friend beyond her team--her favorite person on Ruby is obviously Oz, but after him! Yay Konatsu, he's such a nice boy. :) He's a gentleman with good manners and he's really very funny when he's sputtering, which is also adorable. ♥ Really, though, Sharon likes pretty much everyone--but Konatsu is on one of the higher tiers of her likings.

Allen on Ace~

OH MY GOD HE'S SO WEIRD WHY ARE ALL THE KNIGHTS SO FRIGGING WEIRD. ... that's the short version.

But Ace was friends and cool with Mau, and Allen respects Mau's opinions a lot! So he was willing to give Ace a chance (though fffff the whole part with him bringing up the name "Allen" as an unrelated thing really threw him for a loop, because he'd just gotten the memory of that name back and was like \o_O/ THAT NAME IS FOLLOWING ME!! DO KNIGHTS GET PSYCHIC POWERS TOO? DAMNIT!), and it was a bit ... innnnteresting ... but he took a chance on telling Ace about his desire to see the book; normally he would've gone to a knight he knew better, so it was basically this LEAP OF FAITH that it could happen! And the quest he had to do for it was relatively painless (for him), so it worked out in the end.

Basically Ace didn't break Allen's trend of thinking all the knights are super-weird, but he's been softened up enough to sort of take that weirdness in stride with Ace.

SHE REALLY HELLA WANTS TO REMEMBER THEM. :[ It actually bothers her a lot to have people who know her, or remember things about her, when she can't reciprocate! She's very big about fairness right now, so all these faces she can't place, even though other people she knows recognize them, makes her feel kind of :S and :( and :T all at the same time. Right now in particular she wants to remember Reim, because ahhhhh Reim he was so sad when I told him things 8( WHAT DO I DO I want to be able to tell him nice things 8(!!

Gosh okay so, Lloyd is maybe the one knight that Allen doesn't feel vaguely :U ADULT AUTHORITY FIGURE?? at. (Well, he doesn't get that with Ace much either, but I think Lloyd's the youngest knight he knows so BOTTOM RUNG!! or something.) There's also the pancake thing, which is like, wtf you're not doing a very good job at convincing me you're not crazy 8| what is it with you and pancakes, don't ruin perfectly good pancakes by putting them on people, WHAT IF YOU DROP THEM!! /eats anyway

So really, Lloyd occupies this weird space where--even though he's taller, older, and a knight, Allen doesn't feel vaguely intimidated and/or respectful of him, which puts him at a lot more ease than he would be otherwise. Ultimately his tsun at Lloyd is just stupid boy tsun with no defensive element (like he gets towards the older knights), because he doesn't really know yet how to make proper friends. UR WEIRD PANCAKE KNIGHT!!11

FIRST IMPRESSIONS Sharon and Allen for Wako?

Sharon thinks Wako was adorable and maybe a bit of a KINDRED SPIRIT, being a cute young girl on a team that is mostly full of dumb boys. I read the writeup on Wako's fantasy-sharing skill and gosh, Sharon would be all over that. ~LOVE~ is an amazing thing!!

Allen was a bit more at a loss, because it's like ... well, she understood the importance of FOOD 8|a but she's a young girl how does I relate to girls \o_o/ I don't even know how to relate to other guys!! UGH I DON'T KNOW HOW PEOPLE WORK YET. ... on the other hand, he was sort of pinged by the fact that she wanted to know if her friend was in the book, so he is going to look, when he gets his key from Ace and checks it out. Also I talked to AJ about what he'd find, and apparently the book is full of pictures, rather than names or lists, so it's possible he'll find Takuto, he'll just ... not know it's him, because he doesn't know what Takuto looks like. :'D;; O-oops.

I like reversals, they are easy. :3

Allen on Rabi and Yuta

YUTA IS JUST A KID, but gosh he's got a decent head on his shoulders. :|a Despite being a kid. IT JUST MEANS THAT HE'LL GROW UP WELL. Though on the other hand, Allen doesn't really--think of Yuta so much as a kid any more, because after Three's trollgame he was a bit like, eh, well, he understands actions and consequences, so there's no reason to go easy on his team if he understands that. But he has no hard feelings or grudges about it, and he won't in the future either! We can be grouchy at the world when we're not forced to try sniping each other's team, Yuta.

RABI ON THE OTHER HAND, IS LIKE ... Ace asked how Allen felt about his canonmates, and the tl;dr summary of that is on some level Allen kind of hoped his life wasn't all about being paranoid and afraid of people and fighting horrible creatures and THEN RABI SHOWED UP AND I GUESS THAT MEANS I CAN'T PRETEND THAT MEMORY WASN'T REAL :|a AND I HAVE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MAYBE ALLEN IS MY NAME HOW DO I RESOLVE MY NAME IDENTITY CRISES AGAIN /TABLEFLIP

STILL HER FAVORITE KNIGHT kya kya best and most fitting and it would probably take a thesaurus for her to finish gushing. ;D He has a very similar place in her heart as Break, except that she actually trusts him to be honest more than she trusts Break, even though she loev Break. :'D ANOTHER BIG BROTHER FIGURE FOR HER COLLECTIONNNN. If the tree she's trying to grow does well she will want to show it off to him.

Sharon really likes Ginshu, and it's like ... while they don't have a very strong connection, and Kunzite doesn't have much interaction with Coral, she's always found Ginshu very nice and kind, and someone she likes to talk to, and would like to more often! She would try super-hard to cheer Ginshu up if she felt like she wasn't overstepping her boundaries of their polite acquaintanceship. CLEARLY WE SHALL JUST HAVE TO BECOME FRIENDS, MISS GINSHU.

So at this point two of Sharon's memories have very strong fond FEELINGS!! for Break--one was just trivial positive, but she remembered him very fondly and gosh it was like he was a brother to her or something! And her most recent memory was a sigpos where she joined Pandora, and that's kind of headcanon extrapolated on what she tells him after she woke up after being poisoned--but she makes it clear she joined Pandora to follow him and be useful to him, so. I haven't done the writeup, but it consists a lot of dokidoki I can finally do something for Brother Xerx dokidoki //////

So she understands very clearly that she loves Break more than anyone else, though gosh who even knows what SORT of love it is, familial or romantic or Idek /handwave --but she does love him, she just doesn't know what she can do for him here in Aather, because it's not like she has skills he can use, or they're even on the same team, and she doesn't want to disappoint him by not being the same Sharon in his memories. :(a BAWW WHAT DO love me Brother Xerx. ;^;

Kaworu is team! Therefore, Sharon does care about him a lot; I mentioned to Lloyd above that she feels very familial-type things for her team as a whole; DUMB BIG BROTHERS and one smart sister, that kind of thing. She's been trying to make a conscious effort to not be put off when Kaworu does one of his not-getting-humanity things, because of what Hunter told her about Kaworu not learning/understanding those things yet! So she tries to be encouraging when he makes his steps towards Getting It, and gosh she was so happy that it sounded like he took her advice on ~monogamy~ and ~caring about others~ when he hooked up with Kanji. :'D SHE IS SO HAPPY FOR HIM GOSH!! THIS IS WONDERFUL, VIVA ROMANCE!!

Allen's thoughts on Kite have not changed much! He's gotten a dere memory back, though, and honestly Mal's been really good for him on Sapphire, so he might not be as grouchy the next time he interacts with Kite. CLEARLY WE SHOULD HAVE THIS HAPPEN AT SOME POINT. :D

SO BEFORE HER LAST THREAD WITH BREAK, Sharon thought Vincent was nice, if a bit odd in that something about him was a tiny bit ~off~, but he loves his brother! Awww, isn't that wonderful? How nice, that he wants to quest for a gift for his brother just because he wants to, and only because of that! Kyaa kyaa approval! :D

... then Break showed up and warned her off of him--and unlike with Elliot, where it was this vague "I think it'd be better if you kept your distance :|a" he was like "AND THEN THAT GUY POISONED YOU TO GET TO ME" and like. She doesn't have this memory back herself! She doesn't remember how angry and afraid and upset she was, both at Vincent for doing this to her and forcing Break into that position, and at Break for just acquiescing when he'd been searching for that truth for so long. So she'll be more cautious around Vincent, but she's not going to let it show in her everyday behavior or interactions with him, and at least for Break's peace of mind, she'll try to limit it to at least situations where there are lots of people around.

I on the other hand would enjoy threading whenever. ;D

I MISSED THIS SOMEHOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW +_+;; oh well there is more interesting stuff now than at the time.

ALLEN pretty much has slotted Sion into "nice guy, but kind of stupid and worries too much when he can't even take care of himself." He's a little (unsure) at Sion trying to push ~LOVE~ with Lenalee on him because for one, he's still pretty heavily touch-aversive and is genuinely uncomfortable in situations where touch is forced on him. (Souya dared Red to hug him for candy, and he did it, because CANDY!! but he also complained and tried to talk himself out of it every step of the way.) So Sion being so casually touchy with him really kind of riles him up--but he also recognizes most people don't have quite as much of a problem with it, and also that if you're ~with someone~ you're ... kind of expected to touch them! SO THAT IS RIGHT OUT.

There's also the fact that while he remembers thinking she's cute and deredereing for her, he also recognizes that she's a comrade in their war and a fellow soldier; it feels disrespectful to him, to try and reduce her place in his life as just a "lover." He loves her, but he doesn't love her, and it weirded him out and made him a bit angry that Sion came on so strongly hinting that.

Also, Sion's continued insistence on "Allen" over "Red," and the obvious slip-ups, when he's not sure yet how he feels--and he doesn't want to be "Allen" until he remembers more--also makes him uncomfortable. He really hated everyone calling him "Winter" when he first got here, because he felt like they were trying to shoehorn him into their expectations of this other guy (who he does at least privately think now was him at a different point in his life, and that is weird and confusing for him), which he really resents! It's why he got so prickly and defensive and started fights over being called Red! And he's feeling the same way now with "Allen"--even Lenalee and Rabi call him Red because he just doesn't feel like he's "Allen" yet.

SO OVERALL ... he does like Sion, and he does care about Sion (even though he's nowhere near a point where he can admit that aloud), Sion isn't one of the people that he actually trusts. He's disinclined to share any more memories (and he has another shareable one right now, but one that's not terribly sane \:D/) and is probably a bit more wary when he talks to Sion now. Hiss hiss stop treating me like a kid, I've seen more than enough to not count, no matter now young I am. >\

SHARON is pretty zen, all things considered. Her opinion on Sion is a little tarnished now, because while she's glad that he kept her team from the burden of killing them, she's also pretty :\ that he couldn't help them think of a proper compromise. She also realizes she's not being fair about it, but she was the one who had to deal with her team being traumatized afterwards, so she's kind of :| about the whole thing. THEY'RE HER BABIESSSSsssssss except for Kaworu because Kaworu is his own thing. Maybe he's the crazy gay uncle who has a questionable relationship with one of the kids.

But she knows she's being unreasonable, and she's very good at just rolling with it and not letting it bother her. THE EPITOME OF NOBLE REPRESSION only it's less that she's actively repressing and more that when her problems come up, she will look at them, dismiss them as ridiculous because she is BETTER THAN THAT! and move on. :B
