SHARON:

- Generally thinks Souya is a nice and polite charming man. She likes him, as far as she knows him, and wouldn't hesitate to sing his praises (though in a rather general sense) if she needed to.

- FEELS KIND OF GUILTY ABOUT REIM. :(a She feels bad that she hasn't remembered him herself yet, when he's obviously recognized her and had a close friendship with her before--and then after letting slip about how she'd died, it was like :X I-I BROKE HIM :X and she's ... not letting it drag her down, because she's a positive person overall, but she does feel bad about it, and she does worry about him! She keeps hoping that the next time Kunzite wins, she'll remember him so she can remember how she dealt with him at home, and if there was any way she could make him feel better, but as of yet, nothing. :(

Whenever she gets her spying skills back, though, he's definitely going to be one of her usual targets. :|a

ALLEN:

UGH OKAY ALLEN HAS COMPLICATED FEELINGS ON THE KNIGHTS IN GENERAL! But it sort of boils down to "I really actually want people to like me and be a good and likable person but at this point all my memories are telling me that's stupid and wrong because PEOPLE ARE DICKS and also URGH PEOPLE ARE TIRING W/E /tableflip" but. The thing is, deep down, he really wants to be liked and praised by authority figures and be a good kid, and Souya was the first person who sort of slotted into that role! Subconsciously Allen is looking for someone in Aather to slot into a similar role Mana did for him back home--a father-figure he can love and respect and sort of teach him responsibility by both example and necessity. Souya doesn't really fit that, but he was the first trigger somewhere in the back of his head that yeah, actually, he liked it when people paid him positive attention and he wanted to be someone who could be a "good person." So.

HE'S STILL HORRIBLY TSUNTSUN, but someday he'll get more dere back and when he does, he'll probably actually actively seek Souya out and accept his drapings and be more |D about the whole issue.

ALLEN ACTUALLY REALLY LIKES THAT ONE CHICK NOW :|a ... well, okay, Excel is still his favorite person in Aather because she is his BRO and his FELLOW CONSPIRACY THEORIST and also TEAM! but probably Lenalee comes right after her, if he had to do a solid ranking, because she figures very prominently in his one deredere memory as the person who welcomes him home--and it's significant because in that memory, he's aware that it's the first time he's felt welcomed to a place he belonged in a really, really long time--if not maybe the first time in his life. (He vaguely remembers very very faint traces of Mana, but not enough to make a lasting impression.) So while his natural reaction is to be :EEEE TSUNNNNNN!! at everyone, even her, he makes a conscious effort to be nicer for her, and not ... be quite so much of a suspicious dick when it comes to things she says or does.

And Sharon really likes Konatsu. :'D She considers him very possibly her first friend beyond her team--her favorite person on Ruby is obviously Oz, but after him! Yay Konatsu, he's such a nice boy. :) He's a gentleman with good manners and he's really very funny when he's sputtering, which is also adorable. ♥ Really, though, Sharon likes pretty much everyone--but Konatsu is on one of the higher tiers of her likings.

Likes Sharon a lot and basically anyone who tops the fuck out of Break is awesome by his book. He has Kunzite slotted as a TEAM TO PROTECT IF POSSIBLE in his head because Sharon tops Break and bad things happening to Sharon break Break which in turn messes with Tide. (Souya has a very clear list of priorities)

ALLEN. ALLEN IS SO CUTE. Souya just loves tsunderes, Allen is THIS KID WHO IS CUTE AND SAD AND HAD A SHITTY LIFE I WANT TO CUDDLE IT. He also reacts exactly like Souya wants him to, which makes him love him more and AAAAHHH AAAHHH SOCUTE. Souya doesn't really know how to be a parent, but by jove he'll be the most annoying hands-on uncle ever.

He actually doesn't have many Sharon centric memories yet, but he knows who she is and he knows he cares about her a great deal and is basically aware Sharon is one of him most important people despiiite not having many details yet. But he's lacking like... the HOW TO DEAL methods so he's kind of hiding from her. Break had him lick his frog so he got to see Sharon being poisoned, which gave him a stronger idea of how much she matters to him.

BASICALLY HE LOVES SHARON BUT DOESN'T KNOW WHY AND IS ALSO VAGUELY INTIMIDATED and can't deal yet.

OH MY GOD HE'S SO WEIRD WHY ARE ALL THE KNIGHTS SO FRIGGING WEIRD. ... that's the short version.

But Ace was friends and cool with Mau, and Allen respects Mau's opinions a lot! So he was willing to give Ace a chance (though fffff the whole part with him bringing up the name "Allen" as an unrelated thing really threw him for a loop, because he'd just gotten the memory of that name back and was like \o_O/ THAT NAME IS FOLLOWING ME!! DO KNIGHTS GET PSYCHIC POWERS TOO? DAMNIT!), and it was a bit ... innnnteresting ... but he took a chance on telling Ace about his desire to see the book; normally he would've gone to a knight he knew better, so it was basically this LEAP OF FAITH that it could happen! And the quest he had to do for it was relatively painless (for him), so it worked out in the end.

Basically Ace didn't break Allen's trend of thinking all the knights are super-weird, but he's been softened up enough to sort of take that weirdness in stride with Ace.

SHE REALLY HELLA WANTS TO REMEMBER THEM. :[ It actually bothers her a lot to have people who know her, or remember things about her, when she can't reciprocate! She's very big about fairness right now, so all these faces she can't place, even though other people she knows recognize them, makes her feel kind of :S and :( and :T all at the same time. Right now in particular she wants to remember Reim, because ahhhhh Reim he was so sad when I told him things 8( WHAT DO I DO I want to be able to tell him nice things 8(!!

Ace has a generally positive opinion of everyone and in particular he thinks Allen is hilarious! Or rather, Allen's face. :>

He doesn't laugh at Allen's faces because he's intentionally trolling, but he just finds Allen's reactions too amusing to...not...troll a bit by laughing. Not that he realizes what he's doing, it's more like "push button A, get reaction B" and in this case reaction B is HILARIOUS FACES. He doesn't mean anything by it, and in fact Allen's reaction to him pointing out his funny faces has sort of endeared him as someone who's amusing to talk to. Basically, his feelings about Red are: A++ would talk to again.

(I admit when I brought up "Allen" I didn't realize I'd picked Red's real name until after I commented. XD)

What is Allen's opinion in Aather in general?

ACTUALLY I AM PRETTY COOL WITH MY TWO. :|a Between the two of them, they cover a pretty wide spectrum of types--a girl and a boy, someone who tops and someone who's heavily topped, an eventual troll and an eventual jesus, etc--and their CR is generally pretty different too! If I apped a third, I feel like my normal types for apping would lead to too much overlap with one or the other. :|a I have a few I've thought of apping, but at this time I'm pretty happy where I am at. (If Persona apps ever opened up again, though, I would definitely go for it.)

Would you want canonmates for Souya? Or are you pretty happy with him being his LONE CANON WARRIOR self?

IT ... CHANGES. A LOT. He and Excel sort of have a dozen or so conspiracy theories that they cook up between themselves and that either discredited or forgotten, and his view on Aather changes based on that. Overall, though, he generally is ... not super happy, but not really angry or aggressive about it! He feels like they're really badly prepared for whatever fights the Personae want them to shoulder, and he resents losing these pieces of himself and getting them back out of order! He is as tsun about the world itself as he is towards the people in it. :[!

YOU'RE OKAY, WRATH 8|a

So, okay, while Wrath's not like, his BUDDY or his BRO or on the same level as Lenalee, he's also like ... one of three people Allen doesn't and won't tsun at, and the only one who's not on his team. He doesn't think of the two of them as friends, but he actually respects Wrath's opinions a lot! And in general considers him to have a good head on his shoulders and maybe one of the few people who Gets It About The World. This will probably shift in hilarious ways as Allen gets more jesusdere memories back, but FOR NOW! He is a pretty cool guy and easy to talk to and doesn't make Allen want to bang his head (or Wrath's head) into the nearest tree even a little.

In my heart I want Sharon's grandmother to show up as a knight. I know she doesn't have nearly enough canon for it, but gosh do I want it to happen someday.

For Allen, hmmm. It's not a burning desire, but ANY OF THE THREE NOAH WHO ARE MOST RELATED TO HIM (so the Earl, Tyki, or Road), Cross, or Link would all be kind of amazing in hilarious ways, as time went on. :|a Idk, with Lenalee and Rabi around it's like \o/ AWESOME.

TELL ME ABOUT SOUYA'S CANON, the artstyle is like hella familiar to me and I can't place it 8|a

Ammmmbivalent? I don't think anyone else has enough canon except for Alice, for one thing, and having Alice here would seriously screw with Ace's relationships, particularly with Beauty. On the one hand I am sort of enjoying playing his angstless self but on the other hand it would be such a huge monkey wrench in his relationships and personality. But he is pretty established as a person in Aather right now especially with his friendship with Zero, so it could potentially be interesting to see him tugged between Aather-ships and Alice.

How is Allen feeling about all his canon mates?

TAKASHIMA KAZUSA. She does boy's love, you might remember like... Wild Rock or that other manga with the dog turning human and banging his master.

Harlem Beat!!1 Is a super dumb shoujo, SUPER DUMB. The prince of hell is about to be forced into an unwanted marriage so he grabs his cat and runs off to the human world, in the human world he turns into this super derp kid named Yamato and his cat becomes a HOT SCHOOL NURSE. When the prince of hell finds out he's like GO FIND HIM!!1 and they send a vampire, a werewolf and a Frankenstein monster. The Frankenstein monster becomes Yamato's bff without knowing he's the prince.

Like 90% of the manga consists of people trying to strip Yamato 'cause the only way to identify the prince is by a tattoo on his back. It is a very fun read if you like dumb light-hearted shoujo.

WHAT MANGA ARE YOU READING RN?

Lenalee is probably Allen's second-most important person in the game right now, after Excel! At the very least, he's got more dere feelings towards/at her than anyone else, because yeah, she figures very prominently in his one positive memory so far, where he's being welcomed home, and gosh he has a home and people are happy to see him and she's happy to see him and ._.a Gosh. But he is still pretty grouchy in general, so sometimes he tsuns at her anyway--usually he feels pretty bad about it immediately after, so he is making an effort to be nicer to/around her, which is honestly more than he does for anyone else at this point.

WITH RABI IT'S ... WEIRD. Allen's one memory of Rabi is when they basically had to fight their way through a city of Akuma and Rabi lectured him on how it's necessary for Exorcists to be paranoid bastards because WHO KNOWS WHO'LL TURN OUT TO BE AN AKUMA! And while Allen was wavering a lot in his head during that memory, Rabi was doing the smiley-smiley professional thing! It boiled down to like--Allen was kind of hoping in a way that what he learned about his life before wasn't true, that he's not this young kid drafted into this terrible war against creatures that disguise themselves as humans, and then Rabi showed up and RUINED THAT. :[ So he doesn't ... hate Rabi, but he's about 50000x more tsun at him than he is for Lenalee by a long shot.

O OKAY I HAVE READ WILD ROCK :|a gosh I love it when mangaka do hardcore BL stuff and mainstream stuff both.

I am keeping up with my ongoing canons! So that's 07-Ghost, Pandora Hearts, and D.Gray-Man. I keep looking for new stuff to follow, but hrrrrrgh my attention span. (Though Idk my current fandom tends to have a lot of dumb fancomics on pixiv, so you could say I've been reading all of those too.)

I plan to! But right now I have two characters in Sabra for a total of three across RPs and I think that's about as much as I can handle right now, especially since Aather moves pretty fast and another character would be a not-insignificant commitment, I feel. So I'm waiting for Sabra to end (which will be later this year I believe), at which point I will definitely app someone else to Aather. I don't have any ideas yet about who though, so it mostly depends on what canon has my soul whenever the time of apping rolls around.
